Structured athletic programs help enhance fair play, fun, and positive experiences for all participants. Many youth and adult athletic programs and leagues are offered throughout the year to develop and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, responsibility, and a life-long healthy life style.

Payments and Registration

-- Return registration via mail, fax, email or to the Recreation Office. 
-- Payments can be made online or at the Recreation Office.
-- Registration is on a first-paid basis. 
-- Registration is not complete until both form and fees are received.
-- If form indicates limited spaces available, call before paying 
-- If Registration Deadline has passed, please call before paying

Registration and payments can be made in person or by mail at the Southern Pines Recreation Office upstairs in the Campbell House during business hours, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Make Checks payable to: SP Recreation.

Online Payments  

To register and make an online payment through Official Payments, select "Pay Online" in the navigation bar on the left of any page and choose "Recreation and Parks." Then e-mail in your registration to Online Payments are $90 limit and $2 fee per transaction.

Sandhills Officials Association
Currently recruiting officials for the coming year.
Includes football, basketball, softball, and kickball games.
No experience necessary. If interested please contact:
