Formal Bids for 2023 “STREET RESURFACING” will be received by the Town of Southern Pines at the office of the Public Works Department at 801 S.E Service Rd, Southern Pines, North Carolina. Until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, March 30,2023.

The work will consist of:
1,735 Tons   Super Pave, Type SF 9.5B
16,801 S.Y.   Bituminous Surface Treatment
2,484 S.Y.     Milling
28 Each        Utility Adjustment 
Lump Sum   Pavement Markings
BID ALTERNATES
Reconstruction of W. New York
Utility Repairs and Renewals
2,200 S.Y. Parking Lot

Specifications and Proposal documents are open to public inspection and may be obtained at the Public Works Complex at 801 S.E Service Rd, Southern Pines, North Carolina.

No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 30 days.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
