Notice of Publication of the System Development Fee Analysis
for the Town of Southern Pines
Pursuant to the requirements of NCGS §162A-209, notice is hereby given that the Town of Southern Pines is considering the adoption of a System Development Fee analysis and is posting the analysis on the Town’s website to give all interested parties an opportunity to comment on the proposed System Development Fee analysis. The System Development Fee analysis will be posted on the Town’s website beginning June 22, 2020. The requisite 45-day public comment period will begin June 25, 2020 and end August 9, 2020. Written comments can be submitted via email to: DevelopmentFeeStudy@southernpines.net. After the 45-day period, the Town will consider these comments for possible modifications or revisions. After expiration of the period for posting, the Town Council shall conduct a public hearing prior to considering adoption of the analysis with any modifications or revisions.
