The Town of Southern Pines will begin construction of the new dumpster enclosure October 7, 2020. This work will be done by McFadden Homes and should be completed by October 16, 2020. We will also be updating the parking lot lights, benches and trash cans at Camellia Way. The Camellia Way parking lot will not be closed to traffic during this time but we urge that pedestrians and motorist use caution when in the parking lot.
