    This program will meet at Fire Station 82, 7850 NC-22 in Carthage. Join us on Tuesday, March 24 at 3:45 PM! For this program we will be sculpting with clay. Activities are designed for kids ages 5-11 (grades K-5) in mind, but are adaptable to other ages and abilities. Caregiver participation is required. Registration is encouraged.

Topics include which vegetables tend to grow well in the region, seed-starting tips and tricks, and common insects and diseases gardeners encounter locally. The talk is presented by a local greenhouse grower and farmers market vendor, who will share practical insights from her experience growing and selling plants in Moore County.
