Administrative Services Director

Responsibilities

Administrative Services Director Bruce Rosenberger is responsible for the areas of Human Resources, Purchasing, Risk Management, Public Relations, and special projects.

The Administrative Services Director and the Administration staff develop, implement, and administer procedures and policies regarding:

  • Employee compensation and benefits
  • Employee health and safety
  • Employee hiring and staffing coordination
  • Employee training
  • Human resource records and document management

Services

In addition, the Administration Department is responsible for the oversight of the Town’s decentralized purchasing process, surplus property disposal, as well as the management and oversight of property, vehicle, and liability risk management and worker's compensation.

The Administration Department serves as a resource for all Town employees and as a liaison among Town departments and also provides administrative support for the Town Manager and Town Council.
